Location: Eastleigh, Southampton, Hampshire & surrounding areas
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Pay Rate: 24 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week

About the Role
Are you pro-active, highly motivated, professional, and friendly? We are looking for a Multi Skilled Operative to join our Empty Homes team, completing a wide variety of trade tasks to a high standard with an emphasis on efficient repairs.
You will carry out work and installations across properties in an effective and efficient manner, ensuring all works follow good building maintenance practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Completing a variety of trade tasks to a high standard
• Carrying out repairs and installations across multiple properties
• Working efficiently to meet service targets
• Ensuring all work is compliant with building maintenance standards
• Participating in out-of-hours callouts on a rota basis

Essential Requirements

• Excellent communicator and team player
• Achievement-oriented and self-motivated
• Strong customer service skills
• City & Guilds or NVQ qualification in relevant trade skills
• Previous experience in multi-trade roles
• Full UK driving licence
