About the RoleAs a Route Coordinator, you’ll work closely with terminals and operations teams to plan and manage container movements to and from rail services. You’ll keep shipments on schedule, documentation accurate, and customers informed—helping everything run smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing- Checking customer paperwork and assigning the correct routing
- Using internal systems to advise terminals of container volumes
- Issuing load instructions and forwarding the right documents
- Ensuring safety procedures are fully followed
- Monitoring deliveries to meet customer deadlines
