About the Role   As an HGV Class 1 Weekend Driver, you will be responsible for:
Completing daily vehicle checks to ensure your vehicle is roadworthy and safe to operate
Arriving on time for your scheduled duties and informing the traffic office of any issues or delays
Following all company procedures, customer requirements and the Highway Code
Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times
Completing all deliveries and collections as detailed on the manifest
Complying with all EU Tachograph and Working Time Directive (WTD) regulations
Keeping your vehicle clean, tidy and presentable
? Skills & Experience Required   To be considered for this role, you will need:
A full LGV C+E (Class
1) Licence
A valid Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC)
A valid Digital Tachograph Card
Good communication skills
Experience operating double-deck trailers

Experience with containers (dock-compliant drivers would be advantageous)
A flexible and reliable approach to work
