This part‑time position is essential to delivering high‑quality food and service ks are directly responsible for preparing, cooking, and assembling orders while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

• Complete required training:
  Back‑of‑House Development Plan, hands‑on station training, and any additional training by Zax LLC.
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service and maintain awareness of current promotions.
• Assist with guest service and front‑of‑house operations as needed.
• Prepare menu items according to company standards in a safe, sanitary manner.
• Ensure food & beverage handling follows safety regulations.
• Safely operate cooking equipment and maintain product levels in assigned stations.
• Accurately assemble and package guest orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and keep work areas organized.
• Assist with inventory and storage management: receive, stock, hold, and inform management of inventory needs.
• Complete all tasks with a sense of urgency, staying within safety guidelines.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Available to work 9–28 hours per week.

• Sit, stand, and walk continuously; stoop, bend, crouch, or climb, including ladder use.
• Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds, including overhead lifts.
• Continuous use of hands and wrists for grasping and fine manipulation.
• Communicate proficiently through speech, reading, and writing.
• Operate safely with kitchen equipment including knives, fryers, and other potentially hazardous items.
• Work in an environment with temperature variations and food allergens.
