What You’ll Do Front Office / Patient Concierge Duties
  • Greet patients and serve as the welcoming face of our practice.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments accurately in Open Dental.
  • Verify insurance coverage, process claims, and post payments.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and providers via phone, email, and in person.
  • Provide information about procedures, paperwork, and financing options.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations.
  • Support a positive patient experience through empathy and professionalism.
Sterilization / Clinical Support Duties
  • Sterilize instruments and prepare procedure trays for treatment.
  • Operate and maintain sterilization equipment (autoclave, ultrasonic cleaner, etc.).
  • Clean, organize, and restock treatment rooms and supplies.
  • Assist dental assistants and the Endodontist as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
What We’re Looking For
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a team-first attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the dental field.
  • Experience in a dental or medical office preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
    Open Dental experience a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
    Associate’s degree preferred.
