Mobile Branch Banking Specialist II (Universal Banker/Bank Teller)
A Mobile Branch Banking Specialist II is a front-line, customer‑facing teller position responsible for professionally interacting with clients to take care of their financial needs. The Specialist provides exceptional customer service, efficient and accurate transaction processing, and skilled customer conversations to determine the best financial solutions.

- Engage in customer conversations, asking the right questions to determine the best solutions.
- Serve as a go‑to support for clients across multiple communities.
Your work location will vary based on local region needs. The role supports multiple communities while working a rotational schedule between branches in the Mid‑Shore region, including Easton, Cambridge, St. Michaels, Denton, Ridgely, Chester, Chestertown, Stevensville, and Centreville. Mileage reimbursement is included.
Schedule:
Monday‑Friday, with rotating Saturdays (Closed Sundays). The position is full‑time and non‑exempt.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1 year of experience providing excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
- Pay range: $21.00 to $23.00 hourly.
- Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, time in role, internal peers, performance, business sector, licensure requirements, and skill level. Final offer will be at the time of offer.
