What will you do?
As a Business Associate, you will be responsible for providing patients with a high-quality experience both in the office and over the phone. Your duties may include handling patient inquiries in our Phone Center, greeting patients at the Front Desk in the Check-In role, or assisting with treatment planning and financial discussions in the Check-Out role.

The Details…
Our Business Associates typically work five 9-hour shifts per week, with limited late evening shifts. You will have the opportunity to work at both our Cambridge and Easton locations, providing flexibility and variety in your work environment.
We prefer to hire full-time team members, offering a stable career path. Our benefits package includes Health Insurance, 401(k), Paid Sick Leave, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, and Dental Services.
Compensation includes an hourly wage plus a lucrative incentive package that enables our Business Associates to achieve and surpass their income goals.
