Pay Range: $53.90-$77.00 Per Hr
Job DescriptionThis position involves leading the implementation and management of business systems within a construction management environment.
The role is hybrid, based in New York, NY or Easton, MD, and is a contract position.
Responsibilities include ensuring alignment of system capabilities with business goals and leveraging generic technologies for system optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end implementation of a management system, including requirements gathering, configuration oversight, testing, rollout, and adoption.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure system capabilities align with business goals.
- Design and validate financial workflows using strong project accounting knowledge.
- Guide structure, data governance, process design, and system best practices.
- Drive effective change management, including user readiness assessments, training, and post-launch support.
- Proven experience in leading complex system implementations.
- Strong project accounting knowledge with experience in financial workflows.
- Expertise in ERP and business systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify risks and implement resolutions for system optimization.
