• Provide holistic, patient-centered hospice care in homes or facilities.
• Coordinate individualized care plans and manage symptoms.
• Offer emotional support to patients and families.
• Collaborate with physicians, aides, social workers, and chaplains.
• Serve as a compassionate guide through end-of-life journeys.

• Active RN license in Maryland
• Current CPR certification
• 1–2 years of acute care experience (hospice/home care preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
