Medical Surgical Floor (MS) in a healthcare facility This position involves providing high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients within a medical-surgical setting. The role requires delivering safe, efficient, and patient-centered care, adhering to established protocols and standards.

• Certifications:
  
  Active RN license from MD or a Compact license, BLS required; ACLS, CPI, NIHSS preferred
• Required Qualifications:
  
  RN license, BLS certification, 1 year of experience, experience managing adult and geriatric patients, strong med/surg and orthopedic/joint care experience
• Responsibilities:
  Managing patient care including ports, BiPAP/CPAP, blood products, chest tubes, catheterizations, IV insertions, wound care, post-surgical care, and use of rapid response teams
• Schedule specifics: 3x12 or 4x12 days shifts accepted, with every other weekend required, and floating within scope to other units and sister facilities as needed
• Additional Information:
  Must be comfortable floating within scope, with no restrictions or special requests, and able to comply with local rules regarding scheduling and assignments
