Merchandising Sales Associate

Become part of our team as a Merchandising Sales Associate at Tractor Supply Company. This role involves supporting store operations, executing planograms, signage, price changes, and inventories, as well as assisting with merchandise assembly and signage maintenance. You will interact with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute store resets and planograms accurately and timely.
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Hang signage and assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Provide excellent customer service following our GURA principles:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend, and Add Value.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations.

• Prior retail or merchandising experience required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise levels.
• Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours, including physical activities like lifting and moving merchandise.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move throughout the store efficiently.
• Ability to handle merchandise and operate equipment safely.
