Base Pay Range

$15.00/hr - $28.00/hr

$15 - $28 per hour

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.

• Unload trucks and stock new freight.
• Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery (if required).
• Maintain a clean and organized backroom.

• Ability to lift more than 50 pounds.
• Experience operating heavy machinery such as forklifts (preferred).
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
