- Learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts.
- Follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain the sales database.
- Present products to customers and shop the area competition.
- Work weekends and some holidays as required.
- No new homes sales experience required.
- Proven track record of two (2) successful years of sales experience highly preferred.
- Ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills—both one‑on‑one and in front of large groups.
- Maintains a valid driver's license.
- Disciplined and coachable; not afraid to work hard.
Professional support and performance‑based compensation that includes a base salary of $1,000/week for 16 weeks, $700/week draw after week 16, generous commissions per home sold with total earnings potential ranging from $150,000 to $200,000/year. Eligible for bonuses and additional incentives along with extensive benefits—including time off for holidays, 3 weeks of vacation time, medical/dental/vision coverage, discounts on mortgages and home appliances, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
