As a Plumbing Assistant, your day begins early and is full of varied responsibilities. Your main role is to support the plumber you are paired with each day. You start by loading the truck with all the necessary tools and materials before heading to the job site. Once there, you assist the plumber with various tasks, including digging trenches for new pipes, carrying heavy materials, helping with site cleanup, and maintaining an organized truck and well‑maintained tools.

Each day presents new opportunities to learn and to gain valuable skills and techniques from experienced plumbers. You adapt to different environments and challenges, from residential homes to commercial buildings. At the end of the day, you feel a sense of achievement, knowing your hard work contributes to a satisfied customer and a well‑functioning plumbing system.

Here’s what you need to become one of our plumbers' helpers:

• High school diploma (preferred but not required)
• Previous experience in the plumbing industry (required)
• Reliable transportation to Easton, MD
