** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
** Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)
** Candidates must be proficient in using computers or tablets for daily tasks. This includes the ability to navigate software applications, manage emails, and utilize online resources effectively.

** Customer Service Experience (B219)
** Candidates should possess a background in customer service, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with clients and colleagues. Experience in resolving customer inquiries and providing support is essential.

** How This Role Works:*

** Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"):
** You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

** Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
** In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or employees at a commercial real estate front desk while following site-specific procedures and security-related policies.

+ Greet visitors, verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials, maintain visitor records, and direct guests to appropriate areas of the location.

+ Monitor lobby activity, access points, cameras, alarms, and/or other security-related systems; report unusual activity or equipment concerns according to site procedures.

+ Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and emergency responders when needed.

+ Maintain accurate logs, reports, and communications while supporting a professional, welcoming environment at the location.

* + Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
