** 3.1 Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)*
* + Candidates must demonstrate familiarity with access control systems and badge management.

+ Experience in managing security protocols and ensuring compliance with access policies is preferred.

+ Candidates may be required to provide examples of previous roles where they utilized access control systems.

** 3.2 Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)*
* + Candidates must exhibit proficiency in using computers or tablets for daily tasks.

+ Familiarity with common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, email platforms) is essential.

+ Candidates may be assessed on their ability to navigate technology during the interview process.

** 3.3 Customer Service Experience (B219)*
* + Candidates must possess prior customer service experience, demonstrating effective communication and problem-solving skills.

+ Experience in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and providing solutions is required.

** How This Role Works:*

** Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"):
** You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

** Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
** In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or employees at a commercial real estate front desk while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.

+ Greet visitors, verify identification and/or appointments, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor, vendor, and delivery records.

+ Monitor access to the location, observe lobby activity and security-related systems, and report unusual conditions or unauthorized access attempts to appropriate personnel.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.

+ Answer and direct incoming calls, provide general location information, and communicate professionally with building management, tenants, and Allied Universal leadership.
