Your Responsibilities as a Plumbing Service Technician:

• Deliver EXCEPTIONAL service to our customers
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential settings
• Educate customers about their plumbing systems and additional services we provide
• Travel to job sites, collaborating closely with our dispatch team to keep customers informed
• Master the Edwin Stipe Plumbing Technician Method (training provided for your success!)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of plumbing service experience
• A positive attitude and commitment to doing the job right the first time
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Work authorization in the United States (required)
• A customer-focused mindset - you take pride in helping people
• Must be able to access attics and tight spaces safely
