Support clients face-to-face and virtually, prepare accurate tax returns, grow business, provide IRS support, collaborate with team, grow expertise.

• Conduct tax interviews face-to-face and remotely (video, phone, chat, email)
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
• Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration
• Grow your tax expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment
• Experience working in a fast-paced, supportive environment
• Ability to work a minimum of 25-35 hours weekly during tax season and up to 40 hours during peak weeks
• Success completion of H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working with virtual tools (video, phone, chat)
• Effective communication in person, via phone, and in writing
• Must meet all IRS and state requirements
• High school diploma / equivalent or higher
