As an Accounting Supervisor
, you will play a vital role in overseeing financial operations and ensuring accurate reporting within our dynamic Hiring Manager department. Your contributions will help streamline processes and support our strategic objectives in the fast-paced world of fashion retail. We offer a competitive hourly salary range of $35 - $47, along with a collaborative work environment that fosters professional growth.

• Assist in preparing and maintaining financial statements and reports
• Monitor daily financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting policies
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies
• Help prepare budgets and forecasts
• Provide support during audits and assist in implementing recommendations
• Train and mentor junior accounting staff as needed
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes in accounting regulations

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or finance preferred
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
• Desire to learn and grow within the accounting field
