At Hoffman Dental Care, we are seeking a Dental Assistant to join our amazing team in our State-Of-The-Art practice in Macomb, MN. We offer a job environment that you will love, starting with an amazing and collaborative team, and focused to provide best in class oral health care to our patients.

Schedule: You will be thrilled to know that we work 4 days per week, and NO WEEKENDS!

  • Monday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
  • Tuesday: 6:30am - 1:30pm
  • Wednesday: 6:30am - 5:30pm
  • Thursday: 6:30am - 1:30pm

Responsibilities

As a Dental Assistant you will be responsible for the following (not limited to):

  • Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.
  • Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient.
  • Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience.
  • Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.
  • Develop a relationship with the patient.
  • Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
  • Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
  • Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs.
  • Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of Dental Assistant experience
  • Knowledgeable of Digital scanning preferred but not required
  • Xray certified in MI
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
