Salary: $50,000 - $58,000 per year + monthly bonuses

Captain Jay’s Fish & Chicken is dedicated to bringing local neighborhoods the freshest fish and chicken in the market. With “YOU BUY, WE FRY”, we offer a variety of grain foods, dairy products, vegetables, produce, fresh seafood, fresh shrimp, and fresh poultry. Our mission is to not only provide our customers with the freshest produce, poultry, and seafood, but also offer different services and additional core products in our mini mart.

• Creating schedules for all team members and managers based on labor budgets.
• Control P&L costs.
• Hire, train, and assess store employee’s productivity and performance.
• Increase sales by ensuring a clean store, high quality food, and exceptional customer service.
• Oversee stock and day-to-day and long-term store operations.
• Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability.

• Ability to lead in a team environment.
• Customer service experience.
• Food management experience (Required).
• High school education or equivalent experience (Preferred).
• Passionate and positive attitude.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Valid Driver’s License (Required).
