Got office administrative experience and looking for a stable Monday to Friday role?

We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Office Administrator to join a team based in Eastwood
.

We're looking for someone with previous office administration experience, knowledge of SAP
, and a strong understanding of sales order processing. We are keen to speak to you if you have experience in an Administrator, Sales Administrator, Office Administrator or Office Assistant role.

This role is focused on ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, shipment deadlines are met, and excellent customer service is delivered through both telephone and email communication.

Working Hours & Benefits:
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
  • Salary up to £28,500 per annum
    , depending on experience
  • 20 days annual leave, increasing to 25 days with length of service
  • All bank holidays included
  • Additional time off over the Christmas period

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Office Administrator:
  • Process customer orders in line with company procedures and service standards.
  • Verify order accuracy, including product specifications, pricing, and delivery information.
  • Liaise with internal departments, including Logistics, Production and Finance, to ensure the smooth fulfilment of orders.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm order details, provide updates and resolve any queries.
  • Investigate and resolve order discrepancies promptly and professionally.
  • Produce and manage required documentation, including order confirmations, delivery notes, shipping labels and proof of delivery records.
  • Maintain accurate sales order records and customer information within the SAP system.
  • Monitor order progress and ensure shipment dates are achieved.
About You:

To be successful in this Sales Office Administrator role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a sales administration, order processing or office-based role.
  • Experience using SAP and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
    .
  • A good understanding of sales order processing procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
