CPS Asia Pacific is seeking a highly experienced Senior Customer Service Specialist to join our fast‑paced team in Eastwood Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full‑time position where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our logistics clients through the use of innovative AI‑assisted operations.

What you’ll be doing

Perform logistics and operational tasks in an AI‑assisted workflow environment.

Handle tracking, documentation, coordination, and case management.

Use AI‑assisted tools to improve speed, accuracy, and documentation.

Ensure tasks are completed within defined SLAs and quality standards.

Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders as required.

Maintain accurate case documentation and system records.

Follow SOPs and compliance guidelines strictly.

Escalate issues appropriately based on process.

Participate in team meetings and performance discussions.

Maintain productivity and quality targets consistently.

Adapt to tools, systems, and workflow requirements.

What we’re looking for

At least 5 years of overall work experience in BPO settings.

Experience handling a Logistics account is required.

Retail and E-commerce account experience is an advantage.

Experience working with AI tools or AI‑enabled operations in BPO is an advantage.

Experience in back‑office, shared services, or operational support roles.

B+ communication skills (written and verbal).

Good system navigation and documentation skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced operational environment.
