Branch Manager

We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on Branch Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operation of our Eastwood depot. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing a team while still being actively involved in servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and MOT testing. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the branch, maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service, and ensuring the workshop operates efficiently and profitably.

• Oversee the daily operations of the branch
• Step in on the tools during busy periods/staff shortages
• Deliver expert advice and exceptional customer service
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and professionalism
• Manage workflow and ensure smooth branch operations
• Achieve branch targets and performance goals
• Build strong relationships with customers and team members
• Lead, support, and motivate a small team (management experience preferred but not essential)

• Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Saturday: 8:30am – 1:00pm (with 1 Saturday off per month)

• Proven experience in an automotive or fast‑fit environment
• Strong understanding of garage operations and processes
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Confident and courteous communication skills
• Genuine passion for customer service
• Full UK Driving Licence
