Role Overview of the Production Office Coordinator

The Production Office Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing all administrative and planning functions within the production environment.

The duties for the Production Office Coordinator are varied and involved

• Production Planning & Scheduling
• Production Administration
• Inventory & Material Coordination
• Customer & Internal Communication
• Quality & Compliance Support

Skills & Experience required the Production Office Coordinator

• Previous experience in a Production Office Manager, Production Planner, Manufacturing Coordinator, or similar role.
• Experience with in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling processes.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
