As a Truck Service Advisor (TSA), you will provide first‑rate service to customers through your extensive knowledge of the products we sell and the services we offer. The TSA is primarily responsible for writing work orders, suggestive selling, and handling over‑the‑counter (OTC) transactions while ensuring that we return every traveler to the road better than they came.

• Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on exceeding customer expectations.
• Have extensive knowledge of the products we sell and the services we provide.
• Strong suggestive selling skills to help generate revenue, influencing customers professionally with high integrity.
• Write, detail, and process work orders and OTC transactions; properly write ETA work orders, secure purchase orders, prepare and communicate quotes to customers.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Prepare end‑of‑shift drop and shift reports; understand various payment types.
• Ensure the cleanliness of service counters, showroom, and customer restrooms.
• Maintain safety of customers and team members.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous cashier and customer service experience; experience in a repair or parts shop is preferred.
• Professional appearance and demeanor with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Strong suggestive selling skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays on site and in varying weather.
• Valid driver’s license.
