We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized 2nd Shift Shipping Coordinator to join our team in Eaton, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all shipping activities during the second shift to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers.

• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as bills of lading, packing lists, and customs paperwork.
• Communicate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth flow of goods.
• Track shipments and resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory movements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in training and supervising shipping staff as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Previous experience in shipping coordination, logistics, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team during the 2nd shift hours.
• Proficiency with shipping software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
