The Manufacturing Production Assembler role involves independently assembling sub-components and completing product builds to standard.

• Learn and master 50% of assembly stations on one fryer line
• Use AS400 functions correctly (sending Kanban cards, tracking status and history)
• Use tooling properly and perform maintenance (e.g., replace collets, drill tips, sharpen tools, clean tools, check calibration and torque specs)
• Follow varying tightening requirements (tight, snug, torqued)
• Maintain Feeder Sheets, Method Sheets, B.O.Ms, and SPOs
• Practice all safety procedures consistently
• Follow Suspect Material guidelines from Quality Assurance
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Complete work efficiently with high quality
• Demonstrate team behaviors and uphold company values
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• 1-3 years of assembly experience
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours, handle bending, twisting, squatting
• Lift/move up to 60 lbs
• Manual dexterity with hand tools and air tools
• Knowledge of assembly procedures; fryer assembly experience a plus
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Basic math skills
• Understanding of manufacturing processes (Kanban, AS400, BOM, etc.)
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and memos
• Basic computer skills
• Pass pre-employment drug, background, and motor vehicle screens (if applicable)
