Hours: 11PM-7AM

Pay Range: $16-$30 per hour

Shift differential: $3 per Hour

In this role, you'll play a key part in our quality machining team, applying your precision and expertise to produce components that meet the highest standards. As a Machine Operator, you’ll reinforce our values by ensuring that every product meets or exceeds customer expectations, working collaboratively and with integrity to support Bullen’s reputation for excellence in every part we deliver.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Master Ultrasonic Machining:
    Develop your expertise in our high-tech Ultrasonic Machining Centers across production lines serving Aerospace, Semiconductor, MEMS, and more.
  • Expand Your Skillset:
    Cross-train on different production lines, becoming a versatile and invaluable asset to our team.
  • Precision Inspections:
    Use advanced inspection equipment (CMM, comparators, etc.) to ensure machining excellence.
  • Blueprint and Process Expert:
    Interpret blueprints and work instructions with ease, determining the most efficient, accurate machining path.
  • Own Your Workstation:
    Handle all setups, tear-downs, and inspections to keep production running smoothly.
  • Quality-Driven Results:
    Machine parts meticulously to match customer specifications, ensuring the utmost quality.
  • Stay Organized and On Track:
    Document your work, maintain clean, organized work spaces, and keep equipment in top condition.
  • Continuous Growth:
    Stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and continually enhance your technical skills.
