As an experienced Home Health Aid, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our clients in their own homes. Your duties will include:

• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing medication reminders and assistance with medication management
• Helping with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and household chores
• Encouraging and promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being
• Maintaining accurate records of client care and communication

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Home Health Aid or similar role
• Ability to provide excellent care to seniors and adults with varying levels of need
• Strong communication skills with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work varied shifts
