Position Overview: We are seeking a versatile Bookkeeper with strong Quick Books proficiency and experience in HR and benefits administration. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate financial records and manage Quick Books entries
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Assist with onboarding, benefits enrollment, and HR documentation
- Reconcile accounts and prepare regular financial reports
- Coordinate with external accountants and vendors as needed
- Proven experience with Quick Books and general accounting practices
- Familiarity with HR procedures and benefits management
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in a small-office environment preferred
