In Home Nursing LPN - Trach​/Vent Teenager

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse to provide homecare services, including going to school with the patient. This role involves working with patients in Eatonton, 31024, primarily teenagers with high acuity needs, including trach/vent care.

  Saturday/Sunday 9:00am-9:00pm, Monday/Tuesday 6:30am-5:00pm

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state (compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days)
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component) — assistance available post-hire if needed
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
