We’re looking for a dynamic, driven, and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to join our expanding Got Mortgages branch. This role blends strategic outreach, relationship building, and systems-based growth helping us scale our mortgage, real estate, and business alliance network across New Jersey and beyond.
You’ll work directly with Abdel Khawatmi & his management team, one of the Nation’s top-ranked leaders to build, track, and manage referral pipelines, recruit potential partners, host events, and oversee performance metrics that drive branch growth.
Key Responsibilities- Partner Development & Relationship Management
- Identify, engage, and onboard new referral partners (realtors, financial advisors, CPAs, attorneys, investors, and business owners).
- Nurture long-term relationships through consistent communication, follow-ups, and co-marketing opportunities.
- Support and maintain satisfaction across current referral partners through check-ins, event support, and proactive engagement.
- Assist in coordinating educational workshops, networking events, and Realtor/partner trainings.
- Loan Officer Support
- Collaborate with our management team for events and seminars.
- Help bridge communication between sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Proactively source and connect with potential loan officers, processors, and referral partners.
- Assist in screening and onboarding new team members.
- Track engagement and report weekly recruitment metrics to leadership.
- Marketing & Brand Expansion
- Collaborate with our marketing team to drive Got Mortgages brand visibility across social platforms.
- Oversee content consistency in social media campaigns, testimonials, and community involvement.
- Support Elevated Alliance chapter growth, ensuring engagement, retention, and brand alignment across all members.
- Systems, Metrics & Reporting
- Manage daily/weekly outreach numbers — including call logs, conversion rates, referral counts, and engagement metrics.
- Use CRM and automation tools to monitor and optimize partner performance.
- Provide weekly reports to the branch manager on growth opportunities, campaign results, and pipeline health.
- Background in mortgage, real estate, or business development is a must.
- Strong communication and presentation skills — comfortable speaking at events and on camera.
- High emotional intelligence and relationship management ability.
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems, social media marketing, and automation tools.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Passionate about growth, leadership, and helping others succeed.
- Collaborative environment with direct mentorship from a top-performing PRMG branch manager. This is a salary position plus a monthly lucrative bonus incentive.
