As an Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Pearle Vision (Luxottica), you will work within the practice of a Pearle Vision subleasing optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. You will provide high-quality optometric care and service to patients. Working as an associate doctor, the terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly with the subleasing doctor.

Qualifications: Doctor of Optometry (OD) with a valid license in New Jersey. Experience in independent practice preferred.
