• Provide high‑quality optometric care to patients in a private practice setting.
• Work within the practice of a Pearle Vision Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.
• Negotiate practice model, pay, and hours directly with the Subleasing Doctor.

• Doctor of Optometry (DO) or Optometry Doctorate (OD) with state license.
• Professional autonomy to care for patients with full scope of practice.
• Flexible scheduling available including part‑time commitments or option to add work to an existing schedule.
