, is looking for an enthusiastic Optical Sales Associate or Apprentice Optician to join our growing team!

• Assist patients in selecting eyewear that meets their style and vision needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service while educating patients on lens options.
• Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
• Assist patients with their vision plans, explain insurance benefits for eyewear, and accurately process insurance claims and billing for glasses.
• Work comfortably with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Practice Management (PM) systems.
• Keep the optical boutique organized, clean, and well‑stocked.
• Perform basic eyewear adjustments and minor repairs (training provided if needed).
• Collaborate with Opticians and Doctors to ensure the best patient experience.
• Travel between our Monmouth County locations as needed.

• Demonstrates strong communication skills.
• Sales experience in optical or retail (preferred, but we’ll train the right candidate).
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced, patient‑focused environment.
• Shows empathy, compassion, and sensitivity in interactions with patients.
• Possess strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
