Responsible for the delivery of nursing care within Occupational Health for internal and external customers. Coordinates health care provided by paraprofessional staff (CMAs, radiology technicians) with a focus on quality outcomes and in collaboration with the site Provider(s). Provides professional assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care. Functions in a supervisory role at αντικatched site in addition to supporting additional site supervision during peer PTO.

• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Proven leadership abilities

• BSN
• Occupational Health nursing experience preferred

• NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
• Basic Life Support
• Drivers License

• National Nursing certification, preferably in Occupational Health
