Aspire Technology Partners is strategically expanding its Managed Services portfolio, which includes Managed NOC, Managed XDR, and Managed Collaboration solutions. To support this growth, we are seeking a high-performing, results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive new revenue opportunities and elevate our market presence. This individual will play a critical role in identifying and cultivating new business prospects, forging strategic partnerships, and working cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver customized, value-driven solutions that address the evolving needs of our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in IT services, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and infrastructure management, along with the ability to effectively engage clients, strategic partners, and internal stakeholders. This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on accelerating the adoption of Aspire’s Managed Services by working in close collaboration with our Account Managers and by building and nurturing a robust channel partner program.
The candidate will also play a pivotal role in expanding Aspire’s presence as a Cisco Managed XDR MSSP partner, helping to position the company as a trusted leader in the managed security and services space.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets across commercial, enterprise, and SLED segments.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads aligned with Aspire’s Managed Services growth strategy.
- Leverage CRM, channel leads, and vendor ecosystems to source and track opportunities.
- Partner with Aspire Account Managers to position, shape, and close Managed Services opportunities.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert for Aspire’s Managed NOC, Managed XDR, and related managed services offerings.
- Serve as a trusted advisor during client engagements, framing Aspire’s managed services as extensions of their IT and security operations.
- Support sales in both directions — helping Account Managers close opportunities they’ve uncovered and handing off qualified leads generated through business development efforts.
- Conduct discovery meetings with prospects to understand client needs, challenges, and business outcomes.
- Present Managed Services solutions in a consultative, value-driven manner.
- Build executive-level relationships to position Aspire as a long-term strategic partner.
- Build and nurture relationships with technology vendors, consultants, and channel partners.
- Drive Aspire’s positioning as one of only seven approved Cisco Managed XDR MSSP partners in North America.
- Collaborate with Cisco account teams to jointly identify, pursue, and expand Managed XDR opportunities.
- Expand channel partnerships with key security vendors such as Darktrace, Sentinel One, Fortinet, and Look Out, leveraging their co‑marketing and sales enablement programs.
- Ensure Aspire is maximally positioned for incentives, funding programs, and co‑selling motions.
- Collaborate with technical, delivery, and sales teams to craft customized proposals and statements of work.
- Assist in pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and value articulation to ensure profitability and client alignment.
