Director, North American MSP Division

The Director, North American MSP Division will lead the strategic growth, direction, and success of our Managed Service Provider (MSP) business across North America. This leadership role oversees both the MSP Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and the MSP Business Development team, driving expansion, partnership excellence, and revenue growth within the MSP ecosystem.

The ideal candidate is a visionary leader who can identify market opportunities, develop strong vendor and channel partnerships, and scale a thriving Climb MSP community. They will shape the future of our MSP program by aligning business development initiatives, partner enablement, and GTM execution with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the overall strategy for the North American MSP division, including market expansion, recruitment, and partner ecosystem development.
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new MSP partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and solution offerings.
  • Develop and oversee partner enablement initiatives, ensuring MSPs are equipped for success in cloud, cybersecurity, and managed IT services.
  • Lead the MSP Business Development team to meet and exceed sales and growth targets.
  • Partner with internal sales, marketing, and technical enablement teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact programs for MSP partners.
  • Identify emerging growth opportunities, competitive differentiators, and strategic investments across the MSP landscape.
  • Build and maintain strategic, trust-based relationships with key MSP partners, vendors, and industry stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in MSP management or business development within the IT or technology sector, with a proven track record of driving growth and partner success.
  • Demonstrated experience managing high-performing teams and scaling partner ecosystems.
  • Ability to design and execute GTM strategies that accelerate growth and strengthen market position.
  • Deep understanding of MSP operations, Microsoft cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and vendor ecosystems.
