Electro-Mechanical Lead

BRECOflex is seeking a high-potential Electro-Mechanical Lead to join our Maintenance team. This role is ideal for an experienced electro-mechanical professional who enjoys working hands-on with industrial equipment and is ready to grow into a leadership role. You’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly while developing the skills needed to advance into supervision or management within the next 2–3 years.

• Perform hands-on electrical and mechanical maintenance, including troubleshooting, repairs, and planned work
• Lead and support maintenance technicians, setting expectations for safety, quality, and performance
• Manage preventive maintenance activities using a CMMS
• Troubleshoot industrial equipment quickly and independently to minimize downtime
• Promote a strong safety culture, EHS compliance, and proactive concern-raising
• Ensure the maintenance team has the tools, materials, and support needed for daily operations
• Track and manage maintenance KPIs aligned with department and company goals
• Coach, influence, and develop team members to deliver against business objectives

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, operations, or supervision)
• 3–5 years in a manufacturing or production environment
• Solid understanding of engineering concepts and maintenance repair methods
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Leadership experience (work, military, or academic)
• Proficient with CMMS and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) and team-oriented mindset

• Lean Manufacturing and/or ISO 9001 experience
• Background in industrial, packaging, or drive-component manufacturing
• Project management experience
• Experience with data analysis or basic programming

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Manual dexterity and strong hand-eye coordination
• Manufacturing environment with varying temperatures

• Salary Range: $33/hr –$36/hr (based on experience)
