We are seeking a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic and growing sales team in Eatontown, NJ
. This role is crucial for our continued expansion and involves contacting prospective customers via telephone and email to foster strong relationships and close sales. Beyond direct sales, this position offers an exciting opportunity to use your skills and experience to help build and shape our new Business-to-Business (B2B) department
, contributing directly to a key area of company growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in outbound prospecting and a proven track record of achieving aggressive sales targets.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective and existing customers from provided leads, managing the full sales cycle.
- Present and effectively demonstrate our services and products to potential customers.
- Identify and understand customer needs and strategically recommend appropriate solutions.
- Close sales and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate actively with sales team members to achieve departmental goals and share best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business initiatives, and industry trends to remain a credible resource.
- Contribute insights and feedback to develop strategies for our new B2B department, assisting in its foundational growth.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a quota-carrying inside sales role is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a persistent approach.
- Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline efficiently, and thrive as part of a collaborative team.
