We're looking for a Sales Associate for our Eatontown, NJ location. This role is perfect for ambitious and driven individuals who enjoy working in a high-performance environment and have an eye for interior design.

- Consult with a wide range of customers, including homeowners, builders, and designers to assist in the purchase of lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, accent furniture, and other home décor.
- Strong sales skills and ability to enhance product knowledge to become a subject matter expert.
- Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, and willingness to develop these abilities.
- Additional duties as required.
- Strong computer skills and strong multi-tasking skills.
- Two (2) year of previous retail sales experience or related experience preferred.
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or currently pursuing preferred.
