Job Title: Prevention Consultant Supervisor
Program: NJ4S Compass - Monmouth (Youth Program)
Location: Monmouth Office 40 Christopher Way, Eatontown 07724
Position Type: Full Time
Salary: $71,000.00
OverviewCollaborates with consultants, school districts, and community service providers to facilitate training, workshops, webinars, and assemblies to youth and families.
Responsibilities- Assist in programmatic data collection, reporting, continuous quality improvement processes and evaluation of services to target population.
- Facilitates trainings, workshops, webinars, and assemblies to all schools in the HUB vicinage.
- Attends events and meetings as needed for NJ4S-related prevention and community services.
- Plan and implement programs to schools and communities.
- Establish alliances with organizations with similar goals (school boards, law enforcement, healthcare providers, community centers, and other providers).
- Serve as a customer service role model to ensure positive interactions with all program participants.
- Provide supervision to a team of prevention consultants who deliver trainings and workshops to the community and youth.
- Implement evidence-based prevention services with curricula delivered with fidelity.
- Schedule and assist the program collaborators on best practices related to prevention science offered to HUB participants.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.
- Computer proficiency, familiarity with Excel, Word, and professional electronic record-keeping portals.
- Excellent managerial and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Familiarity with organizational policy and procedure.
- Education: Master’s degree in related field (Counseling, Administration, Social Work, Psychology, Education) or BA with 10+ years’ experience in a school setting with certification.
- Certifications: Prevention Science certification a plus.
- Experience: Three years of relevant work experience.
- Other: Proficient in the Spanish language (verbal and written) a plus;
Valid NJ Driver’s License (DL), safe driving record, and vehicle availability required per DCF;
Satisfactory fingerprinting results per DCF/DOE regulations.
