We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Designer-I to support both internal and external customers through data entry, project coordination, and cross-departmental communication. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain detailed project records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to initiate and complete service-related projects.
- Support the preparation of project packets, payment tracking, and service installation scheduling.
- Communicate professionally via email, phone, and collaborative platforms.
- Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and other business systems for daily tasks.
- Collaborate with a small core team and interface with a broad group of designers and business units.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work with minimal supervision.
- Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with Adobe tools; experience with Bluebeam is a plus.
Preferred Background
- Educational or professional background in design, business, accounting, construction management, or GIS.
- Experience with mapping or design systems (e.g., Small world) is a plus.
