Foreman Utilities Construction – Inter Con Construction

• Supervises Utilities crew while performing duties of an Operator and/or Laborer.
• Organizes, leads, and trains employees to complete projects within established timeframe following established guidelines and requirements.
• Reads and follows plans for digs and installation.
• Enforces and monitors all safety processes and procedures.
• Completes all necessary paperwork related to the job, including DOT and safety documentation, employees' Timecards, and other required documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Operator or Laborer.
• 0-3 years of experience in a Crew Leader, Foreman, or similar supervisory role.
• Familiarity with Utilities Restoration.
• Ability to read and understand plans and blueprints required.
• Possesses a valid driver's license in good standing.
• Must have a Class A CDL.
• Willingness to travel.

This position works outdoors in various weather conditions that are not deemed unworkable (i.e., negative degree weather, excessive heat, rain, wind, etc.).
