Oak Leaf Clinics - Oak Leaf Pediatrics is seeking a full-time pediatrician to join a team dedicated to compassionate, comprehensive care for children and families within the beautiful community of Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Oak Leaf Clinics is dedicated to providing our patients with compassion, trust, and a lifetime of individualized care. Our healthcare team consists of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, dietitians, nurses, respiratory therapists, and medical assistants working in concert with laboratory/imaging services to offer individualized care to the Chippewa Valley.
As a pediatrician with Oak Leaf Clinics, you will provide comprehensive outpatient care for infants, children, and adolescents, as well as inpatient coverage for newborns and hospitalized pediatric patients as needed. You'll work closely with other providers and staff to deliver coordinated, compassionate care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive pediatric assessments, including well-child exams and developmental screenings
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic pediatric conditions
- Provide preventive care, vaccinations, and anticipatory guidance to patients and families
- Offer hospital care for newborns and pediatric patients as needed
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and imaging studies
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Stay current with advancements in pediatric medicine and best practices
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and collaborative care planning
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board-certified or board-eligible in pediatrics
- Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Wisconsin
- BLS and PALS certification (AHA)
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care and teamwork - Prior outpatient experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
This position is based in a modern, family-friendly outpatient clinic with shared call rotation for inpatient and newborn care. The role involves regular interaction with patients, families, and clinical staff.
