Quality Control Business & Industry Trainer Pool - Adjunct (Part-time)

Chippewa Valley Technical College (CVTC) is establishing a pool of qualified candidates to be considered when Workforce Solutions & Continuing Education trainers are needed in wt the Quality Control Business & Industry area.

We are looking for adjunct trainers who will collaborate with businesses to develop and deliver customized training seminars that improve employee skills and productivity. Training may be delivered at CVTC campuses or at client sites. Assignments are on a per‑course basis, offering flexibility for experienced professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Collabor analytical SMEs and develop customized training or professional development seminars for employees in a particular field.
  • Provide valuable training designed to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Collaborate with businesses to determine dates and times of training sessions.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to customer service.
  • Participate in college activities and pursue ongoing professional development.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant and current occupational experience in the area being taught.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas:
    Design of Experiments (DOE) and DOE Analysis, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, Quality Control, Lean Overviewgua.
  • Prior teaching or training experience preferred.
