Serve as a strategic financial consultant to assigned business units by developing a deep understanding of their operations, goals, opportunities, and challenges. Lead increasingly complex financial and data analysis, budgeting and forecasting support, business case development, and reporting or visualization of financial information. Translate financial results and performance metrics into clear insights and actionable recommendations; challenge assumptions and help leaders evaluate alternatives, risks, and tradeoffs.
Collaborate with senior leadership on large-scope projects, pricing and profitability decisions, and strategic initiatives.
- Compensation:
- Eau Claire Market: $112,000 - $134,500 annually.
- St. Croix Valley/Minnesota Market: $128,900 - $154,800 annually.
- This is an exempt-level, salaried position. (candidates with significant related experience may be higher)

- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, data science related field
- Five (5) years of experience working in Finance/Accounting or three (3) years of financial analyst experience at a Financial Institution.
- Expertise in financial services and financial concepts, including working knowledge of advanced or complex accounting principles, cost accounting, budgeting and forecasting, profitability analysis, and asset liability management concepts. Ability to perform a variety of complex tasks, exercise sound judgment, and develop practical recommendations for work that is complex in nature.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with knowledge of data-mining tools and techniques, including Monarch and SQL. Skilled in financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting tools, data visualization, and financial technologies, with an expert understanding of Microsoft Excel. Able to connect detailed analysis to broader business strategy and clearly explain financial implications to non-financial audiences.
