PRMI is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer in Eau Claire, WI who will continue originating while helping to build a productive team. Your starting salary is set from your production history, with commissions on personal production and a branch override.
A sign-on bonus is available, and processing/underwriting/back-office support is provided so you can focus on production. You will recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, and drive the branch's culture and profitability.
