• Portion food/beverages

• Prepare resident nourishments

• Read and arrange diet card tray identification labels in proper order
• Stock Shelves
• Use, clean, and sanitize assigned areas
• Maintain confidentiality
• Project a positive image of the organization dealing with residents/clients, coworkers, and public
• Additional duties as assigned

• Lifts and carries food supplies weighing 50 pounds occasionally; lifts and carries dishes, food trays weighing up to 25 pounds frequently
• Occasionally pushes/pulls dish low raters/dish carts weight 250-400 pounds a distance of 70 feet
• Constantly grasps, frequently twists, stoops, bends
• Frequently works on slippery, wet floors
• Frequently reaches at or below shoulder height, occasionally reaches above shoulder height
• Occasionally climbs step stool, stairs, and kneels
• Frequently exposed to hot, humid conditions and temperature changes
• 100% of work day is spent indoors; 50% of work day is spent standing, 50% of work day is spent walking
• Must be able to communicate orally and/or in writing with residents, coworkers, families, and public.
